Activision Coaching mentoring is made for you. Mentoring coaching is a prerequisite of ICF certification for coaches who have not received Level 1 or Level 2 accredited training. For ACC and PCC certifications, ICF requires a minimum of 10 hours of mentoring, including at least 3 hours individual mentoring.
Mentoring is a chance to become professional as a coach and improve your approach by comparing yourself to a strict, professional and reference framework, recognised both in France and overseas.
Individual and collective mentoring sessions are offered by our professional coach mentors, all PCC or MCC certified by ICF, with a comprehensive understanding of the ICF reference and process.
- OBJECTIVES
- To master the ICF 11 core competencies
- To identify your strengths and areas for improvement in coaching with regards to this reference
- To train in coaching based on the ICF reference in accordance with the expected level (ACC, PCC or MCC)
- To prepare for the ICF certification process: coach knowledge assessment (CKA) and recording analysis
- METHOD
- Face-to-face training, recording analysis, individual and sub-group work.
- TARGET AUDIENCE AND PREREQUISITES
- Any person who has received coaching training (at least 60 hours) who wants to prepare for ICF certification.
- Prior interview with a member of the Activision team
- INDIVIDUAL MENTORING: ARRANGEMENTS
- Individual meetings, listening to recordings and feedback, help to create the application; 10 minutes minimum face-to-face or remotely
- COLLECTIVE MENTORING: ARRANGEMENTS
- Training in small groups of 4 to 6 participants
- Schedule: 1 full day, 2 half-days, 3 individual hours
