They have received comprehensive training in coaching, they are PCC or MCC certified by the ICF (between 1500 and 3000 hours of coaching) and they have excellent teaching skills.

With a degree from HEC (1985) and an international certification of Executive Master Coach, Catherine is currently a managing partner of Variations International, a firm specialized in Management consulting, Change process, Executive coaching and governance issues. She is an affiliated teacher at HEC and Leadership course leader in Executive MBA. Catherine also holds a Board Director’s certification.
She has 25 years of working experience with operational and management responsibilities in various European countries: within international consulting firms such as Mc Kinsey and OC&C Strategy consultants, within Investment banks (Paribas Milan) as M&A Manager, and as Strategy and Marketing Director (in Hachette – Lagardère Group).

Catherine has developed individual and collective systems of learning combining counselling / coaching and training. She is the dean of a coaching training Program she has created, certified by the International Coach Federation. For more than 10 years, she has been Invited Professor of Leadership and Intercultural Management in France and abroad: in programs for HEC Executive Education, in the Executive Center of Nova School of Business & Economics in Lisbon.

Anne’s experience as University invited teacher includes Leadership, Communication, Team Management, Emotional Intelligence courses at the Executive Education Center of Nova School of Business & Economics in Lisbon, as well as preparation / coaching of final year students of Nova Information Management School before their entrance in professional life.
She also designed and managed EAPs (Employee Assistance Programs) and several Stress Management programs in big companies such as the airline TAP Portugal and conducted similar missions in Europe and Africa for the United Nations and the International Labor Office.
Anne is a MCC, Master Certified Coach by the ICF (International Coach Federation), and she is a certified master trainer in French, Portuguese and English for the CIEO ACTIVISION, an ICF accredited coaching program, addressing Individual, Teams and Organizational Coaching. She’s also certified in Process Communication Model coaching by Kahler Communication and she masters systemic approach, Team Building and Outdoors training methodologies.
With a University degree in Psychology, Anne is also trained in Short-Term Psychotherapy, Sophrology, Psychosomatics and keeps a private practice since 1995.
Anne has participated in an expedition to the North Pole on skis in 1994.

After 10 years of operational experience as a marketing and sales director in the IT services area, Denise moved towards consulting and coaching since 2000.

Denise has got three university degrees : in management by the Paris-Dauphine university, in foreign trading and in business English.
Denise loves travelling and has visited many different countries (Europe, Usa, Australia, Middle East). She is fluent in French and English, and she speaks some Spanish and Italian.
She has a regular practice of running, yoga and mountain hiking. She is involved as board member in a running club and has organized many running races.
Sophie is consultant, trainer and coach, specialized in business development and functional relationships in matrix organizations.
With a master degree in English from Paris IV Sorbonne, she also graduated from a business school (IPME-Weller Paris and San Francisco). She is also trained in coaching for individuals, teams and organizations (Activision Coaching Course – CIEO 2013). She is also a Process Communication certified coach (Kahler France – 2016).
After 25 years of experience in fast moving consumer goods, she gained real expertise in operational business, daily monitoring of activities, management of profitability and training of management teams. In France and abroad, in an international company, she has managed many teams, worked in a matrix environment and developed numerous training programs as well as tools and work processes to optimize team efficiency.
Today she durably works with companies on performance management, commercial development and profitability optimization. She helps identifying areas of improvement and sets up new work processes. She also works on the development of management competencies and collaborative work.
She also accompanies executives, managers, entrepreneurs as part of her personal coaching practice. She conducts co-development sessions, she also develops training programs facilitating collaborative approach.

Simona comes from a multi-cultural background and is tri-lingual in English, Italian and Portuguese as well as fluent in French, good Spanish and learning Serbian. She thrives in international settings, has lived in three countries so far and has travelled widely across the world as her passion is learning about different cultures and societies. She was born and brought up in Rome and has since lived in London and now in Lisbon.
She worked in the corporate publishing world for over 20 years, first creating and managing a joint venture, then as Publishing Director for a big Portuguese publisher and later founding and managing her own publishing company. She has a degree in Economics, Politics & French, and a second degree in Psychology.
Simona is a PCC, Professional Certified Coach by the ICF (International Coach Federation) and works with individuals and business executives. She is positive, dynamic, open and flexible and loves learning and working with people on achieving their life-changing goals: she believes change, even if not always easy, is a constant part of life and can be a highly valuable part of our development.
Simona is a certified trainer in English and Portuguese for the CIEO ACTIVISION, an ICF accredited coaching program, addressing Individual, Teams and Organizational Coaching and working on the development and training of new coaches. She is a member of the ICF and of the Portugal Chapter’s Social Causes Committee. She is a steering committee member and coach at CoachActivism, an international program providing pro-bono coaching to volunteers working with the refugee crisis.
Simona has considerable experience working as a volunteer in high-stress situations. She worked for 5 years as a volunteer on a suicide-prevention phone line and is now a member of its board of directors. Since 2009 she has been visiting non-Portuguese speaking prisoners in the Lisbon area prisons, which has been a challenging and rewarding experience. Actively listening to people and co-constructing how to navigate change and create a better future is one of her greatest passions in life.
Graduated from supelec (ESE – 1984), patrick HAIE held different leadership positions first as manager of a production line in the petrol industry, then in the high tech industry for french and american hardware and software companies, he was presales engineer sales director and finally EMEA alliance director driving business relationships with big five integrators.
He was involved in the creation and development of the french subsidiary of a us hardware company and followed the buyout and merge of this subsidiary with a larger high tech group. He also experienced acquisitions and reorganizations with different international groups and finally as member of an executive committee he took part in strategic decisions.
Since 2009, his passion with relationship management and systemic approach led him to work as a coach for directors and managers looking for relationship efficiency to leverage their business performance.
His fields of expertise are :
- Individual and team executive coaching on topics like defining the business project, having efficient executive committee meetings, getting commitment of the managers.
- Manager coaching to develop suitable management skills, to create conditions of collaborator’s motivation, to take the correct posture when moving to director position

Patrick is certified by icf as pcc (professional certified coach) and is a certified trainer for the cieo activsion program. Behavioral and motivational tools certifications include : insights discovery (jung), DISC (marston) and wpmot(spranger).
With 15 years of practice in an amateur circus, patrick haie has the sense of team spirit, of leveraging individual talents and of team effort to reach a common objective : public satisfaction and entertainment. This dynamic is still part of his way of doing with his customers, by transposing these values to the business world.
Luísa has an extensive experience in management consulting, mainly in organizational effectiveness and business architecture fields. She works directly for C-level executives or alongside other consulting companies.
Since 2007 she also has been working as an executive and team coach.
She worked at large Portuguese companies in banking and telecommunication sectors, and also at Accenture in the service line of Strategy and Business Architecture. Currently, she is the founder and managing director of LNP, a company that works based on a networking model.
Luísa has a degree in economics and a post-graduate diploma in corporate finance, and training in coaching (CIEO – Activision), systemic team coaching (Peter Hawkins) and has a master in neuro linguistic programming.
Luísa holds a PCC credential by ICF (Professional Certified Coach) and she is the Leader of the Committee for Ethics, Portugal’s ICF Chapter. She is a certified trainer and mentor for the CIEO ACTIVISION, an ICF accredited coaching program.
For the past 20 years Luísa has been committed to support and challenge working professionals, teams and organizations to achieve meaningful and long lasting changes that enable them to reach higher levels of performance and quality of life.

Gabriel is an ICF certified coach, consultant and trainer specializing in individual, team and organizational change. She brings to her coaching practice the understanding of the business requirements, the willingness to make sustainable changes into people’s life and the ability to go beyond cultural cleavage & diversity, thanks to a global professional experience in Europe, USA and Asia .
Prior to coaching, she has over 20 years professional experience in operational roles (sales & marketing, sales team management) and functional ones (HR consultant, HR director). She has worked for multinationals (BASF, Unibail-Rodamco, Adecco) & start-up (Kabira), as a manager, a leader and a member of the executive team. She has been exposed to most of the changes and challenges current organizations and people are going through: merger, acquisition, divestiture, and matrix environments.
She has been coaching over 1,500 hours leaders and teams, in diverse organizations and settings.
Elisabeth works with leaders and individuals from many different cultures and backgrounds and feels at ease in diverse situations: transition coaching, change management coaching, development coaching. She recently worked with young managers ready for promotions or willing to reconsider their professional career.
